Random brainstorming thoughts about vampires . . .

  • Stereotypical personality: brooding, slightly sarcastic / wry, charming (in a dark fashion), somewhat powerful
  • Given the host's wife's favorite things, this might be a good group in which to put her.
    • Speaking of that, should we also put a Vampire Slayer into the game?
  • We probably want to steal some clans lock, stock, and barrel from White Wolf for this, since they already do a pretty good job defining personality stereotypes we can draw from.
  • If they "embrace," say, a ninja - does it work? If so, what happens? (Might want to think about ways to make this impossible... -Nat)
  • Vampires want the egg because it's a crucial component of a Ritual they can do towards the end of the game. This ritual will bring back their master/ancestor, who had been banished to another dimension years ago (possibly by another character in the game?).
    • Yeah, these guys are SO the real villains of the game.
      • See, I was thinking that there would be no real villians. I was envisioning a game where everyone was fighting over a certain thing but had no real issues with each other otherwise outside of personal ones.
    • Ancestor == Adolf Hitler? Just cause it's funny.
      • Meh. Having villians is fine, but I'm not sure Josh will find Hitler as their ancestor fun or funny. Do we have precident on this? -- Sami
