Endgame

- If level 3 baddie is summoned, game is over. We can allow for final actions before everyone dies.
- Level 2 baddie
- The good guys win this if it is never summoned or if there is an in-game airstrike against it or if it is controlled by a ritual (not by Ab-dal Aziz Mamoon).
- It is a neutral ending if it is summoned and the airstrike is used up. There can be an airstrike postgame, but not before several more provinces are eaten.
- Level 1 baddie
- Good if controlled (by someone other than Mamoon) or killed in airstrike or banished by sacrificing Qamar.
- Bad if nothing is done -- there is an entity lurking out there.
- Ab-dal Aziz Mamoon
- Killing him will release anything he's controlled.
- Killing his cultists will prevent him from doing any more rituals.
