Brutal Interrogation

The interrogator causes 2 hit points of damage and poses a yes/no question to the target. The target must answer honestly. The target must be restrained in order for this ability to be used.

Sneak Attack

Your covert units in a province stage a surprise attack. Your forces suffer one less unit loss than they normally would. This special military order also trumps the normal intervention rules, meaning that the faction controlling the province will not have advance warning of the attack.

To gather a blood sample a target must be willing, unconscious or restrained. Once collected, by spending 5 minutes analyzing a blood sample you can gather potentially interesting information. See a GM when using this ability.

Translate one written passage from any language. User loses 1 point of sanity per use.

Glittering Scale

User can heal 1 hit point of damage by taking 1 sanity point of damage. Each use leaves a scaly patch where the wound was located. If a single person uses the glittering scale three times, anyone seeing them for the first time loses 1 point of sanity.
