  • Cult Ritual: If your cultists are somewhere with a population center, they may kill 100 people to take one point of political capital from any one group and assign it to any other group. They may do this 5 times in any given population center before everyone begins hiding in well-defended buildings. This is obvious to anyone present in the region. This is an overt action, and will cause your troops to be revealed.
    • Requirements: Cultist Unit in location with population center.
    • Type: Military order, reveals the unit in question.
  • Banishment Ritual: With enough power and blood, you could send a relatively weak summoned entity back from whence it came.
    • Requirements: Sacrifice a virgin, preferably one who is magically attuned. Have cultists at two sites of power. Have two other willing participants (they don't need to know the exact purpose) join you in the performance of the ritual
    • Type: Personal and Military Order
    • Procedure: Reveal yourself fully (causing 2 sanity damage to everyone in the room). Consume the virgin (she must be restrained, willing, or unconscious, although you may do this while you are restraining her). Repeat loudly in chorus with the others in your ritual, 3 times "Ho-oba cltawal, LLyakha Cammyaah. Oomya cava azziwal hrodlo. Ho-oba Kramsaffa!"

In the Ruins

Part 1

You find strange words carved deeply into the wall. They may be copied, but cannot be removed.

Requires a person with knowledge of ancient languages to translate:

"To prepare the room for the ritual to call back the dead, you must have one who loves the dead person with a binding love. This person will kiss the corners of the room, and trace the room with her own blood (take 1 hp of damage). While she does this, she must repeat 3 times:

Kumara [deceased's name] imi. Samthur [deceased's name] aliu. Uthsula [deceased's name] uifi.

Part 2

You find strange words carved deeply into the wall. They may be copied, but cannot be removed.

Requires a person with knowledge of ancient languages to translate:

"To retrieve a soul from the next world requires three people. One of those people must love the dead soul with a binding love. That love will call the dead one back to this world. These people must prepare the room. After those preparations, they may prepare the vessel. Once the vessel is prepared, the may perform the ritual. The vessel for the soul must be placed in the center. The three must walk seven times around the vessel, calling the name of the deceased on each passing, then join hands around the vessel and say:

Altara cromota [deceased's name]. Altara yavni [deceased's name]. Altara ogrimth [deceased's name]."

Part 3

You find strange words carved deeply into the wall. They may be copied, but cannot be removed.

Requires a person with knowledge of ancient languages to translate:

"Those who have gone into the world beyond can return only if provided with a suitable home. To perform this ritual, you will need a body for their spirit. If the body is living, the transition is easy. After all other ritual preparations have been made and the ritual has begun, release the current soul in death, and simply say these words that allow the desired soul to join with the body. If the body is old, the transition is more difficult. You will need an item of great power. Crush this item and feed it to the dead body as you say these words. Remember that if this is done before the site and ritual, all will be wasted.

Altara, kumara, omseh. Balloh arromas orsameh. Omseh arrfala umiych. Altarah ssolya kumara. Omseh, kumara, altara."
